Sometimes those of us who feel like we are on the “outside looking in”, for various reasons, share similar traits, habits, and patterns in life.

It can be hard for others to understand us.

We may have difficulty focusing on the task in front of us, or become quickly overwhelmed by our list of things to do, not feeling quite sure how to prioritize. Instead we end up paralyzed.

We may procrastinate.

We may spin our wheels on the internet.

We may never initiate the tasks we are meant to be doing, or we may never finish the tasks we do initiate.

We may find ourselves feeling somewhat “less than” as we watch others around us work and get things accomplished with seeming ease.

Our relationships, both at work and at home, may be adversely affected as those around us try hard to understand our patterns and behaviors. Instead we all end up frustrated and annoyed at the disconnect that occurs.

I am Rajal Dhruva.

We've all had the rather unfortunate experience of having someone tell us to "just change" who we are, what we do, and how we do it. We all know that simply does not work.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach in what I do because one size cannot fit the beautiful and colorful shapes and sizes of people I work with. My work is customized to meet each individual exactly where they are, help them clearly define where they want to go, and guide them to their independence.

Clients tell me that though through our work together, whether one-on-one or in a group, that they learn to take an entirely new perspective on their lives. They begin to value and trust themselves, feel inspired and motivated to take action on their plans and “To Do” lists, and feel assured in their abilities to achieve what they set out to do.

They find peace and happiness in their relationships, knowing now how to communicate with their co-workers and partners in positive ways, honoring themselves as they do so.
